Since the 1970s, AD&E’s principals have been leaders in all phases of commercial real estate. They have specialized in retail leasing, shopping center management, and development in New York and Connecticut. The principals of AD&E have been involved in more than 50 shopping center projects in the tri-state area over the last 35 years. They negotiated hundreds of leases with major and local retailers and have expertise in both anchor store and satellite leasing strategies. They have consulted for land development and acquisition projects and worked with teams of contractors, architects, and engineers. They helped plan, build and lease some of the most successful shopping centers in the NY, CT, & NJ markets.

Aries Deitch & Endelson, Inc. has been a dominant retail broker in Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties as well as many Connecticut regions. Our brokers are seasoned professionals who know the retail space market. Technologically, we have extensive computerized listings, tenant databases, and Internet presence. Also, we enjoy strong chain store and landlord personal relationships. Through personal contact, trade show attendance, mail and telephone, we are in touch with the pulse of the retail leasing market. Recent deals closed with Shoprite Supermarkets, Destination DXL, Hyundai, SalonCentric, Alamo Drafthouse, Lay-z-Boy, Bassett. HomeGoods, Goodwill, Popeye’s, Burger King, Buddha Restaurants, DiCicco & Sons Family Markets, Boost Mobile, and Crunch Fitness.

Our Management affiliate, ADE Management Corp, has managed over 3,500,000 square feet of retail space including two regional enclosed malls, and has also been involved in the management and ownership of over 35 apartment buildings located in Westchester County, New York. Lenders’ O.R.E.O. properties, foreign investment companies, and private investors have been our clients. We are currently managing shopping centers and village center storefronts in Westchester County. In 2017 we managed a lender owned  shopping center in Putnam County, NY.
