located on Rte. 22, the principal north south corridor in Putnam
County. The traffic count in front of the shopping center is
approximately 22,000 cars per day. Putnam County is one of the
fastest growing counties in New York State and is experiencing an
influx of young professional people from New York City and
Westchester County. Average household income within the trading
area is in excess of $100,000. Lakeview
