Introduction and History Aries Deitch & Endelson, Inc. was founded in November of 1993. It was the successor to Aries-Neidich Associates founded in 1946 and Henry K. Neidich & Co. Inc. In 1995 we began our partnership with William B. Hesse. Bill was formerly President of Robert Martin Inc. - Space Specialists, the retail leasing arm of Westchester's largest developer. |

Experience Since the 1970s, AD&E's partners have been leaders in all phases of commercial real estate. They have specialized in retail leasing, shopping center management, and development in New York, Connecticut, and New Jersey. The principals of AD&E have been involved in more than 50 shopping center projects in the tri-state area over the last 35 years. They negotiated hundreds of leases with major and local retailers and have expertise in both anchor store and satellite leasing strategies. They have consulted for land development and acquisition projects and worked with teams of contractors, architects, and engineers. They helped plan, build and lease some of the most successful shopping centers in the NY, CT, & NJ markets. |

Our Sales Division has been involved in the sale of many shopping centers, medical buildings, industrial buildings, and land for major developments. We have sold many major investment properties such as a $12,000,000 multi-family site in 2002, a $10,5000,000 medical office building and a 100 unit multi-family apartment buildings to investors. The residential market has enjoyed a huge resurgence with skyrocketing rents and sales prices. Julian Aronin, Vice President-Sales, heads our investment sales division. Hesse, President,
is a graduate of Clark University. He had been an
executive of The Robert Martin Company, Westchester's
largest builder/developer, since 1973. On behalf of
Robert Martin, Hesse created Space Specialists in 1982

represented both retailers and shopping center owners
throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. |

Endelson,
Executive Vice President, is a graduate of Hofstra
University and Suffolk University School of Law, Boston,
MA. He had been an executive with Henry K. Neidich &
Co. Inc. and Aries Deitch & Endelson, Inc. since
1976. Barry has been involved in the management,
development and leasing of over 30 shopping centers in
the northeast. He has pioneered the development of
computerized databases, reporting, and this website. |

Martin
Deitch, Senior
Vice President, is a graduate of Monmounth College. He
had been an executive of Henry K. Neidich & Co. and
Aries Deitch & Endelson, Inc. since 1977. He had
directed the management, leasing and development of 50
shopping centers in the northeast region of the country.
He has also acted as the tenant representative of
various chain stores in the tri-state area. He now heads
our 10 salesman leasing department. |
