Our anchor store is Value Village, a 20,000 square foot drug, discount, home and variety store which opened in June, 2002. Value Village is owned by the principals of Value Drugs, a chain based in the New York Metropolitan area. Value Drugs sold all of its Manhattan stores to Duane Reade. Value still operates drug stores in Long Island and Westchester County, New York. The new store features a True Value Hardware department, housewares, pharmacy, health and beauty aids, home decor and accessories, toys, gifts, and packaged food and candy.

Also featured is Empire Cinemas, a multiplex theater in the rear of the Value Village Store. The entrance to the store is through the Value Village premises. It is a 360 seat, three screen, state-of-the-art cinema featuring first run movies. The cinema is projected to generate 75,000 ticket sales a year.
